We are here to help!
Our process makes sure your estate is closed quickly and without hassle
Hassle Free Service
Court dates, paperwork, and deadlines. These are the 3 biggest complaints people have during the probate process. With our Hassle Free Service we take care of preparing the right documents, notifying the right people, and all the court dates. We have done this many times and know how to take the hassle away.
We have flexible office appointments available if you prefer to meet in person and since COVID-19 we have been offering ZOOM video consultations. To eliminate most of the work for you, we send you the documents to sign and then we file all the paperwork. My goal is to take the hassle out of the process.
Communication is key
When you hire us, open access is included. I give you my personal phone number and email. We charge a flat fee so you don’t have to worry about a bill every time you have a question either simple or complicated.
This is the question we get asked most. Some estates do not need to go through the Georgia Probate Process. The court will likely need to be involved if the deceased person did not have a will or other estate plan in place. Other factors that may make probate more likely are: the number of beneficiaries, the family dynamics, the type of estate plan, and if the estate includes property that was exclusively owned by the deceased person.
